Andreas Sourisseaux, Ph.D.
Dr. Andreas Sourisseaux is a Senior Partner in Sourisseaux Partners Corporate Psychologists, a consulting practice he established in 1996 in Darmstadt, Germany. He is a trusted advisor to a range of multinational corporations, predominantly Germany based and in the Automotive and Engineering, Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals, and Private Equity sectors. His consulting work focuses mainly, but not exclusively, on Senior Executive Assessments, Management Audits and Senior Executive Coaching.
Sourisseaux Partners conduct international assignments serving their clients globally through their own offices in Darmstadt; Mumbai, India, and São Paulo, Brazil, and with proven partnerships in the USA and China. These are LDW in Providence, RI and elsewhere, and Mobley Group Pacific in Shanghai and Hong Kong. Additionally they work, as required, with affiliate psychologists in other locations. All these partnerships and affiliates share the same professional values, work ethic, client dedication, and uncompromising quality standards.
Andreas’ assessment approach is based on identifying the strategically relevant factors for mission and assignment success in senior leadership roles. From this he goes on to assess the critical strengths and limitations of candidates for senior leadership roles using a mix of in-depth interviews and proven, well-established psychological questionnaires. Through this approach he significantly increases the effectiveness of selection and development decisions.
Prior to founding Sourisseaux Partners he worked as a Corporate Psychologist for British Petroleum, now BP, in London and Hamburg, as a Sector Economist for KfW, the German Development Bank, and as an Assistant Professor for Organizational Psychology at the Technical University Darmstadt.
Before his Sc.D. (summa cum laude) from the Technical University Darmstadt he studied Psychology and Business Administration in Landau, Cape Town, Berlin, Giessen, Kaiserslautern and Darmstadt. He received his MA in Psychology from Landau University, and his MSc in Quality Management from the University of Kaiserslautern.
