Ann Bowers-Evangelista, Psy.D., MBA
Dr. Ann Bowers-Evangelista is a Senior Consultant and Alliance Partner of Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC, operating out of Washington D.C.
Throughout her 15 years as an assessor and developer of key executives, Ann has leveraged her extensive experience as a consultant and business leader to help organizations successfully select, grow, and retain talent.
She has conducted several hundred executive assessments, coached dozens of leaders, and presented to thousands of leaders on strategies to enhance their leadership success. She presents at the local and national level on a host of leadership issues, including how to select and lead great talent, how to build successful knowledge transfer within the workplace, and methods to develop women in leadership.
Ann has provided outstanding solutions to private-equity firms and their client companies, as well as large corporations such as Alexion Pharmaceuticals, CareCore National, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, New Mountain Capital, Morgan Stanley, Mizuno USA, Turner Broadcasting, Vera Bradley, and Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe.
Previously, Ann worked as Principal at Green Peak Partners and earlier served as Managing Director at TalentQuest, a leadership consulting and performance management firm in Atlanta. In 2006, Ann was named one of Atlanta’s “Top 40 under 40” and in 2007 as a “Woman to Watch” by Profiles in Diversity Journal.
Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with High Distinction from the University of Michigan. She concomitantly earned a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology and an MBA from Widener University.
She is a licensed psychologist and a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Society of Consulting Psychology, and the APA’s exclusive Leadership Institute for Women in Psychology.
She and her husband are active triathletes, and in 2015 Ann completed a full Ironman race in Chattanooga, TN. They are actively involved in nonprofit work, particularly combating homelessness in DC.
