Paul Harpin, Ph.D.
Dr. Paul M. Harpin is a Senior Consultant and Alliance Partner of Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC, as well as a partner at Nordli, Wilson Associates, operating out of New Haven, Conn.
Paul has worked closely with LDW and its partners for more than 20 years. At Nordli, Wilson Associates, Paul has worked extensively with business organizations and executive management, consulting to a wide range of clients – from local entrepreneurs and business owners to multinational corporations.
He works extensively with individual leaders and executives, including with Pre-hire Executive Assessment for key talent and with assessment and ongoing coaching for leadership development. He has developed competency based 360° Feedback programs, designed cultural assessment tools, and conducted organizational surveys for a variety of organizations.
Paul has also worked with numerous management groups on team building, strategic planning and succession planning, and organizational change.
He has helped organizations through seminar and workshop programs focused on leadership development, listening skills, negotiation skills, stress management, and interviewing skills.
Paul completed his Bachelor of Science in psychology at the University of Massachusetts and received both his master's and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from Arizona State University. While in Arizona, Paul taught psychology to undergraduates at Arizona State University and Scottsdale Community College. He also served as a consultant for the university and the local court system.
