Erin Crane, Ph.D.

Dr. Erin Crane is a Senior Consultant with Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC, operating out of Evergreen, CO.

Erin has over 15 years of experience in the field of organizational effectiveness and leadership assessment and development. In her work with global leaders, teams, and organizations, Erin focuses on an integrated approach to accelerate individual and team capabilities, with the goal of strengthening organizational performance and culture.

Prior to joining LDW, Erin managed the consulting practice at Hogan Assessment Systems. In her role, Erin created and maintained strategic partnerships with many Fortune 500 companies across an array of industries including life sciences, financial services, aerospace, energy, hospitality, entertainment, retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing. With a focus on integrating personality assessment into talent management strategies, she advised her clients in the areas of leader selection, talent planning and succession, onboarding, high potential identification and development, and leader and team development.

Erin has a passion for global talent management, previously living and working in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Drawing on her experience as Director of Leadership and Organization Development for a large, global engineering firm, she delivered talent solutions to leaders in the Middle East, North Africa, India, and Asia Pacific regions. In addition to her work as an internal and external talent management consultant, Erin is a trained facilitator and enjoys working with executives and teams to accelerate performance.

A native of Colorado, Erin is a proud graduate of Colorado State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology and MS and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

Erin enjoys spending time with her family and three pups in the mountains of Colorado, hiking and camping. She also enjoys traveling the globe, where she can explore new places, meet new people, and experience different cultures.
